E-invoicing questions
Is a PDF an e-invoice?
No. An e-invoice is a structured file that software can read field by field. A PDF sent by e-mail does not count under the mandates.
What format does erpsoftware.app produce?
UBL 2.1 in the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 profile, which follows the European standard EN 16931.
Does that cover every country?
No. Countries that follow EN 16931 accept this kind of invoice. Some countries, such as Poland and Italy, use their own format and a government platform. Check the page with rules per country.
Do I have to do anything extra per invoice?
No. The e-invoice is created together with the PDF when you issue the invoice.
